A salutary football goalkeeper, whose results are rated as excellent, Sultan Al Mundhari noted that his favorite time is between sunset and dawn during the holy month of Ramadan, when he consumes coffee and dates. He noted that during the five to six times between iftar and suhoor, he turns to these two products, asserting that he is skilled at preparing coffee and said that he and his teammates like to enjoy cups of coffee and dates in the blessed days of Ramadan.
"The holy month of Ramadan is the most joyous for me due to the intermittent breaks in professional league games Adnoc. For the first time, I manage to take a break the same week where I enjoy aromatic incense and blessings," said Al Mundhari.
He spent this period fully in his humble home, where his wife and son are already waiting for him, and also quality time with his mother and brothers, who regularly check on him, considering that he is the youngest among them.
"I do not leave home and stay with the family during Ramadan to compensate for my long and frequent absence throughout the year due to my sports obligations, but I also continue to engage in sports during the month of Ramadan, even during the holidays, to maintain flexibility; I also continue to make daily purchases to keep the products always fresh," emphasized Al Mundhari.
The professional sportsman admitted that he loves honey pastries, which represent his favorite sweet, made from fresh dough and honey, as well as kanafa and baklava, noting that he does not miss the dessert made by his mother and wife, as well as his older sister, when he is busy with matches and gatherings.
"On game days and intensive training sessions, which take place in the month of Ramadan, my breakfast is limited to yogurt, dates, and a very small amount of carbohydrates," concluded Sultan Al Mundhari.
